Dear Students and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Faculty of Horticulture of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 10 th International Student Symposium “Hortus Academicus”, which will take place on March 27, 2026.

The Symposium aims to bring together BSc, MSc, and PhD students in the spirit of scientific inquiry and academic collaboration. It seeks to foster a vibrant knowledge-based community, providing a platform for young researchers to share the latest results of their work and to engage in meaningful scientific dialogue.

Starting with this year’s edition, the Symposium will be organized in a blended (hybrid) format, allowing both on-site and online participation. We warmly welcome virtual contributions, thereby offering broader access and increased international engagement.

We strongly believe that your scientific endeavors are essential to the advancement of horticulture and landscape-related fields, and we encourage you to contribute your research and help enrich our academic community.

All accepted papers presented during the Symposium will be published as short communications on the Faculty of Horticulture’s official webpage and will be made available as open-access presentations.
