Distance education

Distance Education (D) is a modern training technology, with wide spread and verified efficiency in the countries of the European Union (EU), which is adaptable to permanent education both for initial training and for continuing training in the fields of specialization of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest. This type of educational process provides students with educational resources with the following characteristics:

– separation in time and/or space of students in relation to the faculty on the one hand but also between students on the other hand;

– the interaction between students and the faculty and between students and educational resources is achieved through two-way communication media.

In the development of the educational process within the ID program, the following aspects will be taken into account:

– it is ensured that the candidates are correctly informed about the registration conditions and requirements, the amount of fees, the students are informed about the content of the study programs, the type of diploma obtained, the method of examination, the method of communication with the faculty and tutors, etc.;

– ensuring access to all students enrolled in the ID and equally to: enrollment assistance, educational assistance, delivery of learning resources, access to means of communication, tutorial support, correct examination and recording of obtained grades, professional counseling, etc.
